Who is
Jennifer A. Santiago, Esquire?

Philly raised and Philly educated, Jennifer A. Santiago is a graduate of Central High School of Philadelphia (259). She furthered her education at the University of Pennsylvania, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Deviance and the Sociology of Law. She continued her education at the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor, and later obtained her Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph’s University.

She is a skilled and experienced attorney comfortable in any courtroom. Ms. Santiago began her legal career in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where she was assigned to the Domestic Violence Bureau. She later returned to Philadelphia and served as a judicial law clerk in the Court of Common Pleas. She then transitioned to private practice, focusing on criminal and family law. In criminal court, she represented clients at both trial and appellate levels throughout the Commonwealth. Her family court experience encompassed a wide range of cases, from divorce, custody, and support to protection from abuse, juvenile delinquency, and juvenile dependency. She eventually began practicing in civil court, where she has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases.

Jennifer is a member of the Philadelphia Bar and has been faculty for multiple CLE (Continuing Legal Education) sessions through both the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Philadelphia Bar Association, sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of Pennsylvania attorneys. She regularly serves as a judge for the John S. Bradway Mock Trial Competition in Philadelphia, and is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.

Ms. Santiago has built her career on being passionate about fairness, persistent in her quest for equitable application of the law, and that has garnered her a proven reputation for objective results.
